Congratulations, you're wireless! Well, almost. There are just a few things you will need to do before you dive in.



Charging Your Phone


Yes. When you turn your phone on you do have power, but not enough to keep you going. For proper battery care, charge your phone for 6 hours before calling to activate.



Getting a Phone Number


There are two ways to get your phone number:

  1. Activate online at www.i-ontheweb.com/activate

    2. OR

  2. Call i-wireless at 1-877-339-5499 from your home phone - do not try to call from your new i-wireless phone.

Adding More Talk Time


When you need more talk time, there are three ways to get it. Choose the one that's right for you.

  1. Visit any store@Cincinnati Bell location or authorized distributor. Click here to find the location near you.
